Health Window is a service operated by the MIS Division of the Department of Health under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. We are supported by DFID, an international aid agency of the UK government to operate the service. Synesis IT Limited, a mobile healthcare provider, is in charge of managing the health window service. You can call the health helpline number 16263 (sixty two sixty three) in this health window to get the advice of a doctor directly on any health related issue. This helpline is at your service 24 hours a day. In addition, you can get information from government hospitals, doctor's information or any other information and phone number related to healthcare. If you have any complaints or suggestions regarding public-private health services or hospitals, you can report to this number. The complaint will be reported to the appropriate authority and you will also be informed of the action taken on your complaint. Remember your phone number and personal information are very important to us. We are responsible for not disclosing this number to any person or organization. Let us all together build a healthy, happy and prosperous Bangladesh. We would like to point out that Health Window is not a commercial service and it does not incur additional bill for normal mobile phone bills. That complaint will be communicated to the appropriate authority and you will also be informed what action has been taken on your complaint. After dialing 16263, press 0 (zero) to talk to your doctor directly for advice on your health. If you want to know more about your nearest government hospital, doctor information or healthcare, press 1. If you have a complaint about a public-private hospital, clinic or other public health service, press 2. Press 3 to know more about the health window service of the Ministry of Health. Press 8 to make any suggestions or complaints regarding health window services. Remember, Health Window is not a commercial service and it is the most affordable mobile healthcare.
