Mutations (Nomination) Deposit Rules and Deposit Consolidation Rules Applications for Mutations must be submitted with the Assistant Commissioner (Land). The following documents must be submitted with the Mutation application. Copy of purchase and required purchase documents. 2. Heir certificate 3. Copies of Heba documents and certified copies of all records or pamphlet ledgers. 4. Certified / photocopy of Baya / Pit document since last survey 5. Submission of land development tax payment. . 01 copy of pen design with boundaries as per schedule. (B) Cost of mutation: (a) Court fee for application = 5 / - (five rupees) (b) Notice issuance fee = 2 / - (Two rupees) (for maximum 4 persons) A further 0.50 will be charged for each person. (C) Record correction fee = 200 / - (two hundred) rupees. (D) Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three) rupees. Total = 250 / - ( In case of more than two hundred and fifty) + four persons, the fee for issuing notice will be charged as additional Rs. 0.50 per person. ) / Contact the Upazila Nirbahi Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner.
