What services, how to get: (1) Name of service: Implementation of agricultural incentives / rehabilitation activities: Steps: (How to get) Step 1: Allocation at district level with policy and resolution from Ministry / National level. Step 2: By District Agriculture Rehabilitation Committee Provision of sub-allocation in upazila with resolution. 3rd step: Sub-allocation by upazila agricultural rehabilitation committee at union level. Verification and approval by the Rehabilitation Committee. Step 6: Procurement of allotted materials (fertilizers, seeds) and distribution at Union level. Issuance / Renewal of Pesticide License: Steps: Step 1: An Adult with Qualified Educational Qualification (Male) will apply in the prescribed form at the Upazila Agriculture Office (including Trade License, Treasury Invoice). Step 2: SA PPO and EO (PP) / UAO verify the applicant's shop, area demand and other qualifications and give recommendation / cancel and send to the district. If the license is issued or renewed and sent to the upazila. Step 4: The applicant will collect the license from the upazila and hang a photocopy of it in the visible place of the shop.
